Why You Should Work With Me?
I know what it’s like to make a career change.
As a professional, I have worked in Human Resources and Higher Education for over 24 years. I know how it is to help others discover their potential and seek the right development path so they can become better individual learners, more engaged workers, and of more interest to a company.
After moving to Vancouver with my family in early 2019, I began my own coaching and consulting boutique company. In my business, I combine creativity with being that soundboard for others and help individuals and teams deal with employment and educational-related issues.
By doing so, I help them create clarity in their careers or that of their employees.
With a bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, a Master’s degree in educational Sciences, a university certificate in Organizational Coaching and a wide variety of work experience in Human Resources, Training and Development, and Higher Education, I am currently coaching individuals and teams in uncovering career-related blind spots, growing self-confidence, and creating new awareness.
