Onboarding Coaching Services
The onboarding coaching services are designed to help new employees get up to speed quickly and feel confident in their new roles. Every employee is unique and has different needs when it comes to onboarding. Therefore, this program is tailored to each individual to ensure a personalized approach.
I will work with you one-on-one to understand your goals, expectations, and concerns. You will get guidance throughout the first six and up to twelve months, and I will give you the necessary support to succeed in your new position. We will navigate the company culture, policies, and procedures. I will also help you connect with the right people to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
The ultimate goal is to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in your new position and help you feel confident and comfortable in your new environment.
The program includes:
- Free discovery call to see if my onboarding program fits you or your company
- A navigate through company culture, policies and procedures
- Network exercises
- A minimum of 6 and possibly up to 12 coaching sessions
Team Coaching Services
With team coaching services, I support teams in becoming more effective, efficient, and engaged in achieving common goals better. I work closely with a team to better understand the collective skills and support them in their communication and collaboration, to improve their overall performance and achieve their objectives.
I typically focus on improving team dynamics, enhancing communication, building trust, and identifying and addressing barriers to effective teamwork. In addition, I may work with the team on issues such as goal-setting, conflict resolution, decision-making, and accountability.
Next to working with the team, I help individual team members identify and develop their unique strengths and weaknesses and improve their interpersonal skills.
