Do It Yourself Career Boost
To feel fulfilled in your work, you need to make sure that your work aligns with your values. By having a clear picture of your values, you will automatically better understand what drives and motivates you. You will be able to choose roles, careers, and or activities that support these values.
At the start of this program, you will receive a workbook with different exercises that will help you identify your career values. As a result, you will hold a “picture of a personal career board” that will help you take the possible next steps.
The exercises can be done whenever you want and wherever you are. It is a great way to get a feeling for what you think is essential in your current career.

This coaching program is there to help you identify your values, create achievable goals, build necessary skills, and take actionable steps toward a career that aligns with your values and aspirations. I will create a supportive and collaborative environment to help you feel energized again and help clarify your goals and create an actionable plan to achieve them.
Through individualized coaching sessions, we will identify your values, strengths, skills, and interests and explore how they align with various career options. With a focus on empowerment, this coaching program will give you the confidence and tools to take control of your career and move forward with purpose.
