It's Time to Make a Change

If you are here you have already decided to take the first step in making a change. It is up to you to take the next step and all the steps after. Coaching is more than just having conversations, it is in fact a lot of hard work but it will pay off. I will be there to support you and set focus in the topics that you want to address. I am not a magician and I can’t do the work for you, but what I can do is encourage you to find different pathways in your journey to change

Curious how I do this?

COACHING APPROACH

Foundation

No matter what topic you bring in, the foundation is the basics of any change. Knowing who you are and what you want in life or career is something we will be working on a lot. Skills, Interests, Values and Personal style are topics we will be focusing on.

Coaching Techniques

As a visual thinker I like to use my creativity in my coaching. During the coaching sessions different techniques will be used depending on the topic, the person and the moment. Visuals, metaphors, powerful questions, mindfulness and individual exercises are techniques I use.

After care

The journey of change proceeds after the coaching has ended. The power of change lays in the will of keeping it top of mind. And as we are all human we easily fall back in our old habits. In my coaching programs we will focus on how to hold yourself accountable and to keep the change alive.

Your input?

Coaching is a true partnership and it is more than just having conversations. It is in fact a lot of hard work and it takes time and effort to change old habits. So what is it that you have to do?
